We are currently working with two distinctly different fabrication
approaches.
Our high-throughput
system is designed for the rapid, economical
preparation of the surfaces of a range of materials. This process
is valuable when surface roughness characteristics and contamination
control can not be achieved using chemical processes.
Our precision
system is designed for fabrication operations that
require precise feature creation. Examples include machining specific
geometries for sensors or replacing lithographic process steps
when developing MEMS / NEMS .
